great spot for city exploring and nearby dining options

the breakfast was okay and the hotel is definitely in need of a remodel, but its prime location near Hickory Point Mall and multiple dining options made our weekend strolls around Forsyth an absolute delight.

the room was a complete disaster, sheets had hair and the tub was utterly disgusting. I expected a complimentary upgrade for all the issues, but alas, I got nothing! Clean this dump up before the next guest arrives. I almost thought about giving a good review, but I just couldn’t with these conditions.
